CORSE 1999
Education for the Next Millenium, July 5-9, 1999 Boulder Colorado

More than 100 teachers and educators participated in the Conference On Remote Sensing Information (CORSE 1999) July 5-9, 1999, in Boulder, Colorado. The conference was hosted by the International Center for Remotsensing of the Environment (ICRSE), the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) with support from ERDAS Inc., ESRI, Mapworks Inc. and Cary and Associates.

Corse 99 provided a national reveiw for the prowess and promise of remote sensing technology and data to enhance the education experience of tomorrow's citizens. A healthy exchange on the needs of the education community and the rich offerings for mathematics, Earth science, geography, as well as general education was provided by this conference.
